Acid Brilliant Scarlet GR/ Acid Red 73 For Wool

> Specification of  Acid Brilliant Scarlet GR

Acid Brilliant Scarlet GR are often used for wool dyeing, and the pH value of the dye bath is an important factor in controlling the process. The more acidic the dyebath, the faster the color will develop and the more color the dye liquor will absorb.
The dosage and selection of acid dyes should be based on the color rate reaching 90±2.5%. Use a dyeing method with a higher pH to ensure level dyeing. If you can use a weak acid, there is no need for a strong acid. There are several ways to dye wool with acid dyes:
1. Acid Brilliant Scarlet GR:Strong acid bath, weak acid bath dye dyeing
Operating procedures: Prepare the dye bath to the specified bath ratio, water temperature 40°C, and start the working cycle for 5 minutes to make the materials to be dyed fully moist. Then add acid to adjust to a suitable pH value, add powder and leveling agent if necessary, and work for 5 minutes. Then add the dye that has been completely dissolved, raise the temperature to boiling in 30 minutes, and boil and dye for 45 to 60 minutes.
2. Acid Brilliant Scarlet GR:Neutral bath dye dyeing
Operating procedures: Prepare the dye bath to the specified bath ratio, water temperature 40°C, and start the working cycle for 5 minutes to make the materials to be dyed fully moist. Then add acid or use ammonium salt to adjust to a suitable pH. Be sure to add leveling agent regularly and work for 5 minutes. Then add the dye that has been completely dissolved, take 30 to 60 minutes to raise the temperature to 95°C, and keep it warm for 60 to 90 minutes.
