【Specification of Acid Brilliant Scarlet 3R】
Acid Brilliant Scarlet 3R is red powder, no odor. Soluble in water is red, slightly soluble in alcohol and fibrinolysin, insoluble in other organic solvents. Acid Brilliant Scarlet 3R is purple in case of concentrated sulfuric acid, it is red- orange after dilution. In case of concentrated nitric acid is yellow solution. Aqueous solution of Acid Brilliant Scarlet 3R with concentrated hydrochloric acid is red, turns brown in alkaline solution. Acid Brilliant Scarlet 3R light resistance and acid resistance is good, stable to citric acid and tartaric acid, but poor bacterial resistance, heat resistance and reduction resistance is quite poor.
