The Ministry of Commerce of Bangladesh is preparing the National Chemical

Management Guidelines on the use of chemicals in the textile and garments industry for better protecting workers and the environment.

It is expected to give guidance to textile and garment factories on the efficient management of chemicals in the country which there has been no national policy or guidelines on it so far.
