【Sulphur Bordeaux 3B Properties】
Sulphur Bordeaux 3B appearance is violet brown powder. Insoluble in water, soluble in sodium sulfide solution and turns reddish brown to brown. It appears dark blue in concentrated sulfuric acid, and produces brown precipitate after dilution. It is produced by condensation of 2,4-diaminotoluene and p-aminophenol, oxidation, and then sulfide with sodium polysulfide.
